You have cleared prelims out of over lakhs aspirants and that itself is a highlight of your intelligence, capability and intellectual temperament.
Your hard work will pay you back and I always say and felt it will pay back with interest! All those sleepless nights you spent in preparing this exam will be paid back. Don’t worry. Have faith and self determination.
Don’t think you have prepared less than someone else or you should have prepared much better. You should think you are fully prepared. No matter what questions will come, have faith in your self that you will give best of the best answer to each of the question. Go with the belief that you will be knowing all the question.
This exam is a process in itself and even if you feel that you haven’t performed well and as per your expectation in any of the paper, don’t lose your heart and confidence. You can cover up in the next or some other paper.
Each day and each subject is a new exam in itself. It is all about Speed, Agility and Elasticity now. I want all of you to fight till the end. If you feel you haven’t done well in one of the papers, don’t worry. You have other papers, outperform in those papers.
The next few days will be memorable days of your life. From getting up early in the winter mornings to writing those compulsory language papers – all will be memorable events of your life. Enjoy the process. Give your best in all the questions of each paper.
Few last minute general tips:
Carry two copies of your hall tickets and two sets of writing pen.
- Don’t experiment with any sleeping pills to get better sleep. Even if you have not slept you will be forced to perform well in the exam. It is matter of one week. You have whole five months to sleep till you appear for interview.
- Have light lunch in between. Carry chocolates, curds and banana to add to your lunch. They will help you ease your tension and give you much needed energy.
- Don’t be theoretical in your essay. Be passionate and show your dynamic personality by way of fresh and progressive ideas.
- In GS papers your aim should be to complete the paper. No matter what don’t miss any question. Even if you don’t know the proper answer just write something relevant to the question. You don’t need to maintain standard intro-body-conclusion format. Just write in points form and move on.
Wishing you all the best once again.
Just remember- KAS is just a part of your beautiful life. It is not a life in itself.
Go with confidence and conquer it.
NAMMA IAS ACADEMY wish all the KAS aspirants “Good Luck”! “Stay Calm and be Confident to Give the Best”!
